• How we use it: We use your information to respond to you regarding your project, process your order, and provide updates on your "precious cargo."

• Sharing: We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to ship an order via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

2. Work Requests & Custom Orders

To commission a Memory Item or Quilt Restoration, you must provide contact and shipping information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Financial transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors; Northern Designs does not store your full credit card details.

As a custom artisan business, we may photograph finished projects (e.g., Memory Quilts or Restoration projects) for use in our Portfolio or on social media. If your item is a sensitive bereavement piece, you may request that it not be photographed for public display.
